With winters like ours, you don’t want to be without heat for any amount of time. The quantity and cost of damage that can be done to a house when the temperatures drop and there is no source of heat to keep it warm, can be astronomical. In fact, your insurance company likely has a clause in your agreement with them stating that if you fail to detect a breakdown of your heat source within 24 hours, they will not cover the damage caused by it.
If your house isn’t frozen when you call us, we WILL NOT let it get that way. We have a $125 diagnostic fee, at which point we will provide you with a cost for the necessary repairs, so there are no surprises and no obligations.
Once you have contacted our company with the need for a service call on a furnace that isn’t running, you are immediately covered under our “NO HEAT” guarantee, which includes:
When you call us with a “no heat” situation, we guarantee a maximum 4 hour response time.
If you call after hours, you will be speaking directly to a qualified technician who will advise you on what to do to prevent heat loss before the technician arrives.
Once we arrive, we will ensure that your system is up and running ASAP or, if you require a new furnace, your home will be brought to a comfortable temperature and your pipes will be protected while our installation of your new furnace is completed.
We will provide 24 hour furnace installations, 365 days a year – so there’s no concern that you will be left out in the cold.
To ensure you have priority service, free 24 hour emergency service, yearly preventative maintenance/inspections, as well as, parts and labour coverage, make sure you have your furnace and air conditioner covered under our insurance protection plans.
